¡Encarnaciones de lo Divino! No desperdicien sus días en obtener riqueza a través de las posesiones materiales, que a menudo son impedimentos en el viaje de la vida. El dinero viene y se va; ¡la moralidad viene y crece! El dinero no es una verdadera riqueza; pierde valor, infla el ego y endurece el corazón. Si no permiten que el dinero circule, destruirá su salud, ¡con la misma seguridad que la “mala sangre” lo hará! ¡No se lo tomen a mal, ya que se los digo motivado por la plenitud de Mi amor por ustedes! ¡Los logros mundanos desarrollan engreimiento y separan a un ser humano de otro! ¡Su corazón se contrae y encoge su esfera de conciencia de lo Divino! El amor es expansión y la expansión es Vida Divina. Dios puede ser realizado solo a través del amor. Sin amor en el corazón, su corazón es un desierto y Dios no residirá
allí. Siembren Amor puro; florecerá como compasión y tolerancia, y cosecharán el fruto de la paz eterna (shanti). (Discurso Divino del 25 de diciembre de 1970)

 

Embodiments of the Divine! Do not fritter your days in attaining affluence with material possessions, which are often impediments in the journey of life. Money comes and goes; morality comes and grows! Money is not true wealth; it loses value, it bloats the ego and hardens the heart. If you do not allow money to circulate, it will destroy your health, as surely as bad blood will! Do not take it amiss, for, I am telling this only out of the fullness of My love for you! Worldly achievements develop conceit, separate one human from another! Your heart contracts and shrinks your sphere of awareness of the Divine! Love is expansion and expansion is Divine Life. God can be realised only through love. Without love in the heart, your heart is a desert; God will not reside therein. Sow pure Love; it will blossom as compassion and tolerance, and yield the fruit of everlasting peace (shanti). (Divine Discourse, Dec 25, 1970)

La Naturaleza alrededor de nosotros, y en nosotros, es la vestidura de Dios. Dondequiera que miremos, encontramos a nuestro alrededor evidencias de Su belleza, bondad, sabiduría y poder. Pero el arte de reconocer a Dios es desconocido por nosotros y, por lo tanto, lo negamos y vivimos en la oscuridad. A nuestro alrededor, está la música emitida por todas las estaciones transmisoras del mundo, sin embargo, no es escuchada en todo momento. The Nature around us and with us is the vesture of God. We have evidence of His beauty, goodness, wisdom and power all around us, wherever we turn our eyes. But the art of recognising Him is strange to us and so, we deny Him and live in darkness. We have all around us the music emanating from all the broadcasting stations of the world, but they do not assail your ear at any time. But have a receiver and tune in to the correct wavelength, you will hear the broadcast! If you fail to tune it correctly, you will get nuisance instead of news! So too, the Divine is everywhere – above, around, below, beside, near as well as far. For cognising Him, you require not a machine (yantra) but a mystical formula (mantra). Meditation (Dhyana) is the fixing the exact location of the station in the band, love is the correct tuning in, and realising the reality and the bliss it confers is the happy clear listening! Todos tienen fe en el poder del amor. Cuando preguntan «¿cómo podemos desarrollar nuestro amor por el Señor?», la respuesta es «hay una sola manera: poner en práctica el amor hacia aquello en lo que tienen fe; entonces, ese amor crecerá». Ya que ustedes no practican lo que profesan, su fe se debilita. Una planta solo crece si es regada regularmente. Cuando siembran la semilla del amor, solo pueden hacer que crezca regándola cada día con amor. El árbol del amor crecerá, y dará los frutos del amor. Ni los hombres ni las mujeres realizan hoy aquellos actos que promueven el amor. Si quieren desarrollar amor por el Señor, deben practicar continuamente la amorosa devoción por el Señor. La devoción debe fluir del corazón, como ocurría con las Gopikas. Mucho de lo que hoy pasa por devoción, es artificial. Desarrollen
la pura y sincera devoción, y santifiquen su vida. (Divino Discurso, 2 de septiembre de 1991)

 

Everyone has faith in the power of love. When people ask, «How can we develop our love for the Lord?» The answer is: «There is only one way – to put into practice the love in which you have faith, then that love will grow.» Because you do not practice what you profess, your faith gets weakened. A plant will grow only when it is watered regularly. When you plant the seed of love, you can make it grow only by watering it with love every day. The tree of love will grow and yield the fruits of love. Men and women today do not perform those acts which will promote love. When you wish to develop love for the Lord, you must continually practice loving devotion to the Lord. Devotion should flow from the heart, as was the case with the Gopikas. Much of what passes for devotion nowadays is artificial. Develop pure and sincere devotion, and sanctify your lives. (Divine Discourse, 2 Sep 2, 1991)

¡Encarnaciones del Amor Divino! Cuando la mente está enfocada en cosas del mundo, se denomina Anuraga (afecto o apego) y si está vuelta hacia Dios, se lo denomina Prema (Amor o devoción). El Amor es el fruto del amor. El Amor es comparable solamente con el Amor. El Amor solo puede ofrecer amor. El Amor no puede ser descripto por la poesía. No puede ser comprobado por la mente o la palabra hablada. En consecuencia, los Vedas declaran que el Amor puro trasciende la mente y el habla. El Amor es invaluable e indescriptiblemente precioso. Su dulzura es insuperable. Las escrituras describen al néctar (Amrit) como indescriptiblemente dulce. Pero el Amor es mucho más dulce que el néctar. El Amor solo puede ser alcanzado por el amor. El Amor es un diamante precioso que solo puede ser obtenido dentro de la esfera del amor y en ninguna otra parte. El reino del amor está ubicado en un corazón

Embodiments of Divine Love! When the mind is turned towards things of the world, it is called Anuraga (affection or attachment) and if it is turned towards God, it is called Prema (Love or devotion). Love is the fruit of love. Love is comparable only with love. Love can offer only love. Love cannot be described by poetry. It cannot be proved by the mind or the spoken word. Hence the Vedas declare that pure love transcends mind and speech. Love is priceless and indescribably precious. Its sweetness is unexcelled. Scriptures describe nectar (Amrit) as indescribably sweet. But Love is far sweeter than nectar. Love can be got only through love. Love is a precious diamond which can be got only in the realm of love and nowhere else. The kingdom of Love is located in a heart filled with love. Love can be experienced only in a mind flowing with love and a heart filled with love. (Divine Discourse, Sep 2, 1991)
