jesús enseñó que Dios es amor. En vez de reconocer esta verdad básica, la gente está permitiendo que el odio, la envidia y otras cualidades malvadas contaminen su amor. Tú has sido dotado con la cualidad del amor, no para expresarlo con propósitos egoístas sino para dirigirlo hacia Dios. Jesús declaró con toda claridad que no había nada notable en devolver bien por bien, ya que debemos hacer el bien incluso a aquellos que nos hacen daño. El amor es el medio para desarrollar la devoción y lograr la liberación, además de otras cosas. Sólo el amor de Dios es verdadero amor. El camino correcto para el hombre es el de tomar conciencia de la Divinidad en su interior y en el de todos. Donde hay fe hay amor; donde hay amor hay paz; donde hay paz hay verdad; donde hay verdad hay bienaventuranza; donde hay bienaventuranza hay Dios. Por lo tanto, la
fe ha de ser robustecida.

Jesus taught that God is Love. Instead of recognising this basic truth, people are allowing hatred, envy and other evil qualities to pollute their love. You are gifted with the quality of love, not to express it for selfish purposes but to direct it towards God. Jesus clearly declared that there was nothing great about returning good for good. You should do good even to those who harm you. Love is the means of developing devotion and achieving liberation, apart from other things. Only the love of God is real love. The royal road for man is to realise the divinity within and in everyone. Where there is faith there is Love; Where there is Love there is Peace; Where there is Peace there is Truth; Where there is Truth there is Bliss; Where there is Bliss there is God. Hence, faith has to be strengthened. (Divine Discourse 25-Dec-1988)
